He stepped back and saw flames snapping from the back of...</p><B>LAWRENCE: Board backs rezoning of 37 acres to commercial</b><p>The Planning Board gave its stamp of approval to a modification of the Lawrence Township Master Plan Monday night, clearing the way for a 37-acre parcel on the corner of Quakerbridge Road and Lawrence Station Road to be rezoned from residential to commercial.</p><B>LAWRENCE: First step to rezoning for possible Costco</b><p>The Planning Board has scheduled a public hearing next month to amend the Lawrence Township Master Plan, which is the first step toward a possible rezoning of a 37-acre tract on the corner of Quakerbridge Road and Lawrence Station Road from residential use to commercial, which could include a Costco store and other businesses.</p>
